I’m interested in the products, what do I do?

As I offer a bespoke service please contact me, via telephone or e-mail, to discuss your ideas and requirements, and / or to make arrangements for a consultation, all without obligation.

What are your prices?

Each piece is created to client’s specific requirements. The type of materials, quantities used and time taken to produce the finished piece all affect the cost.

However, a guaranteed price will be quoted at the time of placing an order and the following are given as a guide:

Brides Tiara - £ 40.00 - £ 120.00   (those shown fall into £ 50 - £ 85 range)
Bridesmaids Tiara - £ 15.00 - £ 80.00
Fascinators–from £ 40.00
Bridal Combs – from £ 20.00
Jewellery – earrings from £ 9.00 / necklaces from £ 12.95
Postage & Packing – recorded delivery is included (if applicable) in the total quoted at the point of ordering. All bridal tiaras are presented in a cushioned, silk-lined box with a certificate to commemorate your wedding day.

How do I order?

I prefer to discuss client’s requirements in person either at my home or during a visit to them, subject to geographical restraints, as this enables the client to see samples of my work and materials, and for us to discuss, in detail, colour schemes and design ideas.

Appointments can be made during weekdays, evening and at weekends, subject to availability.

However, I am also happy to undertake consultations over the phone or via e-mail and welcome you to contact me without obligation. Clients may also send swatches of material to assist when matching colour schemes.

Following a consultation and once a design has been agreed upon, a written quotation will be given to be approved by the client, and work can begin.

How can a design be adapted to suit me?

Mounts – tiara bands can be used or combs, clips or pins. For example a tiara design could be adapted to suite a comb v.v.
Sizes – designs can be made wider, higher, lower, heavier, thinner etc
Colours – the basic colour of metal finish can be gold or silver
Beads – colours can be changed, pearls substituted for crystals, feathers, flowers, leaves or shells can be included, freshwater pearls, Bohemian glass, Swarovski crystals, jet beads can be used.
Integrating materials – it may be possible to incorporate clients own materials into the piece e.g. Crystals from a favourite necklace or beads from much loved string of pearls.
Matching accessories – earrings, necklaces and bracelets can be made to compliment a tiara or to add the finishing touch to a special outfit.
The possibilities are endless…the choice is yours!

How long will an order take to complete?

I like to allow 4-6 weeks to finish a commission e.g. A bridal tiara, although shorter timescales may be possible, dependant on workloads, and more simple designs may not take as long to complete. I will always try to accommodate urgent orders wherever possible.

I would also recommend that a bride has the tiara approximately 2 months before the wedding date to allow sufficient time for hair practises and trying on with the dress.

Would it be possible to copy a design I’ve seen elsewhere?

I would not copy another design as this would be against the original designers copyright and would also be unethical and illegal. However, if there are elements of a design which you particularly like, this could be used as a source of inspiration from which we would create a unique design for you.

How do I pay for the order?

Once your commission has been completed I will send a payment request via e-mail (or by fax or post). Payment can be made by Pay-Pal or by cheque. When cleared funds have been received the item(s) will be posted / delivered or will be made available for collection (whichever method has been agreed at the time of ordering).

What do I do if the item is damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that an item reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition I ask that you contact me within 48 hours and arrange to return the item within 7 days with the original packaging. I will offer a full refund or replacement for damaged or faulty goods. This refund policy does not apply to items which have been worn.
